The current (latest) RSU is ordered through a single PTF, for z/VM that's UM97vr0, so UM97520 (for VM63863). The PSP is nothing you put on, but rather a list of important APARs that apply to the level you run. My understanding is that you review the APARs suggested in the PSP bucket for your planned RSU level and decide whether you need to order those PTFs as well.
