Hello Cecelia, You have parameters on your TCP/IP system that indicate what the DNServers are. Plus you have a HOSTS ADDRINFO HOSTS SITEINFO
if these are old or have been replace you will have a problem. I can not remember if VM:WEBGATEWAY has a specific DNS parameter. The IP address (xxx.xxx.xx.x) in the message is the IP address of the SMTP server. The www.www.ww.www is the IP address of my workstation that invoked the browser. The xxx.xxx.xx.x address is only defined in the SMTP CONFIG file.
