I've had this happen when I first installed 5.2
Jim Vincent posted the ptf info a while back. See below.
See APAR VM64029 - PTF was just made available 7/6. In summary, there is
a bug in SPXTAPE processing.

Last night, our shiny new 5.2 system experienced an abend with the code HPC010. This code does not appear in the Messages and Codes manual (the latest and greatest manual in the Library section of the VM web pages). Would someone please enlighten me as to its meaning and causes?
