Yes, you can submit jobs from one node to another using CA's VM:Batch. You can do this using the multi-cpu support in VM:Batch. Jobs are sent from one node to run on another via RSCS.
VM:Batch also has a feature to enable you to only run a job when another has finished by using the WAIT and POST options or the PREVIOUS option.
