If I were to do it myself, I would do it in my first second programming
language: FORTRAN. My first, IBM 1620 Assembler just isn't emulated well on a
zSeries. 

But a CSL qualifies as REXX callable interface, so fine with me. It could be
used by several applications, SIFT/UFTD, Webshare, MSGD, etc.
