you need a reader for filetype boo, or you have to get html pages manually. I prefer to use wget (if you are under windows then wget for windows):
wget -k -rmnp --user-agent=Mozilla http://publibfp.boulder.ibm.com/cgi-bin/bookmgr/BOOKS/dmsg8a01/ but i started it for you now, so maybe it will be done until tomorrow morning.
