I experienced the same problem in December. I had a ticket opened and in working with the IBMLINK folks, I was told that it would be fixed in February. I won't go into why..... I did ask them to let 'the powers that be' know this delay is very inconvenient.

I have posted it with his permission. From: Nichols, Chris Sent: Thursday, January 18, 2007 3:44 PM Subject: IBMLINK web page FYI. This morning I tried ordering a PTF using IBMLINK on the web. I had the PTF displayed in front of me and clicked on ORDER down at the bottom. A window came up saying "There are no valid PTF(s) in this order.". I tried it several ways with the same results. I got on to IBMLINK using Green Screen and was able to order it. It was delivered and I was able to download it. I tried the web version again just now and it still failed. I called in the problem to IBM. The person who answered the phone took my information and someone will get back to me. He did say they were having problems with SRD on the web version. I think he said some other user tried to look at a list and it was incomplete. The person helping me was not able to try it because he is not authorized to order things. I'll let you know if I find anything out. The closer the date for green screen going away gets, the more nervous I get.
