As it happens Greg Morris passed away not too long ago, in Las Vegas of all
places. And surprisingly enough all of the gadgetry that turns up in the
original series was designed and built by him. He contributed that bit of
trivia in a magazine letter. (If I can find it, I'll be glad to advise via
an off list message.)
