Maybe my fingers weren't entering the information correctly, but VMTAPE
START address is working. The tape drives are now not drained...

I have:
vmtape q t
VMTQRY191I 0300 3590 128trk,HPTB/C DRAINED
VMTQRY191I 0301 3590 128trk,HPTB/C DRAINED
VMTQRY191I 0302 3590 128trk,HPTB/C DRAINED
VMTQRY191I 0303 3590 128trk,HPTB/C DRAINED

The messages indicate I need to invoke the VMTAPE START command to make
these tapes functional again, but I do not know the syntax of this command
and I do not have access to a VM:Tape manual. (I am at home sick today.)

I have one more system to back up, but I can't this this backup going until
I can restart these tape drives on that system.

Please help.

Thank you.
