When it comes to switch mangagement, that is for your network 
admins/technicians to deal with.  If the OSAs are shared, you will want to 
define the VSWITCH with NOGVRP support.  Note that CP will not be able 
communicate the list of active VLANs to the switch.  All of the other IP 
stacks in the hosts sharing the OSA will have to be configured to be on 
one of the authorized VLANs.

Alan's Recommendation: Do not share an OSA being used by a VSWITCH, 
*especially* one that is VLAN-aware.
