I saw this once when a machine was given a duplicate IP address.  The fact that 
it occurs every day may mean that the machine is retrying, or may be the 
"anniversary" of the event; I can't remember.  There's a RESET command (forget 
the syntax and I'm remote now, can't easily look) that will clear the event.
