That looks like it. It was added to the 2096DEVICE and ZVM530 subsets 10/29/07. Unfortunately, I retrived those subsets a few days earlier (10/25/07).
The only info I got from the IBM CE regarding Driver 67 was that z/VM 5.2 required maintanence to avoid a crash but that z/VM 5.3 was not at risk.
