Yesterday, I attempted to send a dump to IBM. The process ended with a message that said that the foreign host had terminated the connection after 200,000,000 bytes had been sent, This left an incomplete file by the id pmr91888.vmarc on the disk. Subsequent attempts to retransmit the file failed with a "permission denied (upload)" message. I can neither delete the partial file nor overwrite it, so I have to send it under an assumed name. What does it take to rid the system of that incomplete file?
