changing passwords for BLDSEG, BLDCMS, BLD*

Would I cause any problems if I were to change the passwords for any VM
user ids that begin with BLD? (Auditors, 'nough said). When doing
certain maintenance functions, VM will sometimes autolog some of these
BLD* userids. I didn't if there was some process where VM actually did a
logon, during service, to these users.
