My first approach would be to build a linux service machine that takes JMS input and converts it to either:
1) a SMAPI call if you've already enabled SMAPI management of your VM systems 2) a plain ol virtual punchcard that you can send off to the existing CMS automation with the new VMUR driver. These operations can be bi-directional - so you can send the "action complete" message back to the initiator. -- Jay Brenneman
