Thanks Kris. I have done this for page packs but not for spool so I
wanted to be sure of this. I actually saved a couple of RESERVED slots
right below my current spool definition so that I can group them
together. I know you cannot move the existing one without ramifications.

-Use ICKDSF (or CPFMTXA) to format a new pack, allocate (part of) it as
SPOL

 If the number of RESERVED slots os low, add a few
 (these new reserved slots become available only after IPL)
