It certainly improves my stock with the users when they ring me to say their userid is stuck and I can free it up for them (with a FOR xxx CMD I CMS PARM AUTOCR) while they are watching the screen. The other thing that is really useful is to turn on console spooling for a user that is having problems (without having to explain the command to them).
