"In the day", I enjoyed using Document Composition Facility and
BookMaster to create neat and consistently formatted documentation. In
this day of Word (Ugh!), HTML, and OpenOffice (among others) I'd like to
find a document template or CSS (Style Sheet) which will render my local
doc in a manner visually consistent with IBM's documentation. In my
humble opinion IBM doc is visually appealing, easy on the eyes,
consistent, et cetera.

Creating such a template, however, requires skills I simply don't have.
So if someone has a useful, full-featured template or CSS to use as a
sample I'd love to see it.

Respond off-list to avoid clutter, if you please.

PS: I do know about the BookMaster-to-HTML B2H tool and use that. But
it seems a style sheet might be more useful, long-term.
