What you would get in that case is all the accounting records since the last
time you did a CP ACNT ALL. In this case if you issued it every day at 23:45
you would get records that include usage for 15 minutes from yesterday and
23 hours and 45 minutes of today. The problem with this is you have no
details on what happened during that time. But maybe that is all your
capacity group is intersted in. This may be sufficient for what they want. I
have one system where they use this data to charge back the customer. In
this case there is no difference in charges for different times during the
day so a CP ACNT ALL once a day is fine.
