While we are on the topic, is it possible to use the old PIPE < file | fblock 1024 00 | > file f 1024
trick to fix a file that has been grabbed with just "bin" instead of "bin f 1024" or is it necessary to go back to the site and redo the FTP? The reason I ask is that, in most instances, it is much easier to do that than it is to jump through all the hoops necessary for redoing the FTP.
