CMS Command to Read TSO XMITed File

Is there a CMS command that will allow me to read a
file created on TSO with the XMIT .. OUTDSN(dsn_name)
command?  I have uploaded dsn_name in binary to CMS
as "dsn name a1" and now I need the CMS version of
RECEIVE INDS(dsn_name).

I've looked in the archives and found NETDATA, but
that wants to look at my reader and not at "dsn name a1"
