There's a copy on www.sinenomine.net, or seriously look at a Linux guest running Best Practical's RT. Open source, has all the www based and email stuff that PROBLEM has, and pretty much "just works". No nice 3270 interface, but Charlotte works acceptably well if you need 3270 support.
