hopefully prove to be somewhat more useful:
Commands such as "HELP" should be directed to mailing list host,
"lists...@listserv.uark.edu" rather than to the discussion address. You
should also check out the web interface at
http://listserv.uark.edu/archives/ibmvm.html -- and while you're there,
please take time to become familiar with the subscription management
services available via the "Subscriber's Corner" link, available in the
upper left-hand corner of the "Archives" page.
