Well, they won't both be active in the group.   One or the other it looks like. 
 
The 2nd one in gets Status: Error       Reason: Partner LACP information 
mismatch
So I'll open a PMR.

According to the OSA Express Customer Guide (-10), pp. 23-24, both OSA 
Express 2 and 3 have the Link Aggregation support., avail. on z9 and z10. 
OE2 requires May 2007 microcode.
