There is also the Univ. of Victoria' Rexx Display Manager (RDM). It supports not only Rexx but Assembler, PL/I, C, etc. It also has a DMS/CMS mode so you could use it to replace DMS. Very nice.
It's available off of the Univ. Of Victoria's VM web site, or if you can not locate that, I have a copy here I could send.
