Rogério, Have you reviewed the console log on the TCPIP service machine? By default, they are sent to TCPMAINT's reader queue when TCPIP is logged off.
Or, logon directly onto TCPIP (since it is not working anyway) and start it up by entering" #CP IPL CMS Then watch the messages very carefully for evidence of what went wrong.
