I don't know....that might be the case. My Afi was huge....just all of his offspring came out Canadian sized or smaller. Maybe we weren't dewormed properly or something ;)... When I first got into Icelandics I thought it would be wonderful to get a pony that was 12 hands. Oddly enough I ended up with giants, all over 13 hands, except for Kria who is probably closest to the size of my idea of what their perfect size should be and she's probably around 12 hands. Wanda
