It will depend on the horse's stride, but generally about 3.5-4 feet apart. I just step them off, assuming a stride is 3 feet, then add a few inches. When I rode Joe and Sundance, both over 16H, I aimed for four feet. Karen Thomas [EMAIL PROTECTED]
