Lorraine... I don't have an icelandic but I do really like the breed. I'm on this list for a few reasons... One: I learn alot that pertains to all horses re keeping, training and training for gait. TWO: The group is a nice one and when I was "considering" an icelandic I came and then stayed because I learned alot in general. THREE: I have some friends on here now that I like to keep track of! (smile) . I try to make my posts icey related by adding something with icey in the question so I don't get booted off! and sometimes I do get curious about something specific to the breed. Generally though it's just a list that I find easy going and an good place to learn.
