stjarni can keep up a completely lateral pace with tremendous evenness -- when he is doing a two-beat gait sometimes i actually have to look down to figure out if it is a jog or a slow smooth pace. (his fast trot is otoh quite unmistakeable, as is his fast i-guess-"flying" pace....) --vicka
