I got it off ebay, as part of a set that included a add-on bridle. She's checking to get a price on the halter alone, both in horse size and cob size. Mine is arab/cob sized. Here's the one I got: http://tinyurl.com/2zptbl It has an adjustable noseband and chin. Melnir has a smallish head as Icelandic's go, and the nose is let out as far as it will go.
