What works really well now is that Barbara Owens bought the old deer farm just up the road from us (Barbara mostly lives in California) and so we use her house for people to stay it. It has 4 bedrooms and wireless, nice kitchen and great view of the young geldings / colts playing in the front pastures AND it is really close to the farm. No Emmy breakfast is the downside.
