Yes, those of us who live on an acre or better and not on a main road, plus don't have to board our horses out at a stable, need to stop and be grateful every day for what we have. I can't hear many cars but I am on a dirt road also. We have coyotes howl and horses whinny plus some confused chickens/roosters out our way and a rattle snake or two now and again. We are country.
