I think they will simply tell you it's what is allowed in FIPO. I would tend to add a comment that, if these bits are allowed according to the FIPO, then can the USIHC send a motion to the FEIF Delegates Assembly asking for more restrictions on the use of severe bits and bit/noseband combinations.
