I think my young Icelandic's are, on average, braver and more outgoing than
any young horses of other breeds I've met.  But, I think that ALL horses,
any breed, tend to get a little more secure with maturity and exposure.
That doesn't bother me - I know I could sometimes imagine monsters in the
shadows when I was a small child, but I don't see too many monsters now that
I'm an adult!  (Although the totally unexpected site of the coyote outside
my window yesterday came close!)
