my daughter is a nurse now. When she was in nursing school and working as a waitress, she worked so hard and made good grades, did a good job etc. One time a man called her over and held a ten dollar bill out to her and said here you go, but when she reached for it he suddenly ripped it in two. he threw one half to the floor at her feet and said "there you go, now when you do a good job you'll get the other half." and she looked at him and said "tell you what, why don't you just stick both halfs up your (*^&*(^" and walked off haha.
