Actually, I pointed out the problems in the video so thoroughly that she 
felt compelled to ask me to go easy on her.  I have apologized (but not 
changed my opinion).  I also sent her to your website and she's been 
cruising around in there :-)  Maybe we will have a convert - or at least 
opened a door into another way of thinking.  She says that she trains her 
horses using natural methods - not sure which sort - but she'e obviously 
been thinking along these lines.  Anyone interested in selling her a horse? 
She's on the east coast somewhere...
