I'm really glad you weren't hurt. I always wear a vest and helmet. I 
broke 3 ribs last year falling off a 12 hands pony in the school 
lesson. I had the vest on too. Shame I didn't have my brain switched 
on. I was too exhausted to be on a horse at all. At least I learned an 
important lesson. I find it's quite important to ask myself what I 
could have done differently. Then I do a mental rehearsal with a 
different outcome so I feel empowered. There are always many more 
options which result in a better outcome than the one that occured.
