Janice, Have you tried any of the Spot-on products? I came out last week and my horses were totally getting eaten up and scabby everywhere, so I tried Spot-On and they have been completely bite free for a week and all the scabs are gone. Now, I am not quite willing to say it will last- the weather may have something to do with it...its been rainy. So I will let you know when (if) the sun ever comes out if it still works. Other people have been complaining of the minges, but I haven't seen the horses getting bothered by them yet. Ashley
