Hello Ian, I think it depends on your needs , how much time you want to invest, what you want to monitor, do you want to maintain it or you want saas? if you want to configuration wizard to get started, as well as pre-defined reports or report templates icinga2 not a solution for you. Icinga can do everything but depends on you. You are not expect a ready solution. Firstly I suggest you visit forum http://monitoring-portal.org .
