In that case I suspect the first one was created by you running the script
manually and the second one by the package installer.
I suppose it's possible that the tables have not yet been created (I don't
know the full details of the setup process, and which bits happen exactly
when), so I think it's probably still worth your while to try continuing with
the setup instructions and see if the tables get created later on.
If you do run into a further problem ("database setup is incomplete" or
something like that) then by all means add this to the bug report, but I still
think the SQL statements in the manual script should be reported as a bug.
