That intrigues me greatly.
I see nothing wrong (and there's certainly nothing different) about your
/icinga and /nagios Apache aliases, so I find it very interesting why one works
and the other two do not.

Glad we were able to help, but I hope someone else might be able to throw in a
useful comment about why your alias definitions would work differently from
each
other:
Alias /icingaweb2 "/usr/share/icingaweb2/public"
Alias /icinga "/usr/share/icingaweb2/public"
Alias /nagios "/usr/share/icingaweb2/public"
