Hi William,

some questions first:

Where do you get the invalid credential error? In the 'check connection' field 
of the connection manager, or afterwards you've created it?
Which db-backend are you using?

Do the credentials you receive after typing SELECT * from lconf_connection; to 
your sql client match the credentials you want to use?
Do they work when you connect from command line or another client?
