Hi,
to answer myself....for me fits best the extended notification mail from
berger.
You have all the information for one host/service on screen and this is a good
start.
http://www.bergercity.de/linux/nagios-notification-mail/
for icinga you have to modify the script and php.ini to allow environment
variables to passthru.

the php.ini info stands in the comments...
have good time with icinga

Hi,
I'm new to Icinga and looking for a way to summarize the notifications.
Is there a possibility to have one mail in a time with all informations in it,
which services or hosts are done? Not one mail for each service or
hosts....that annoying....
Thank you for your answers

There is no builtin solution for this. You can parse status.dat and extract the
hosts and services with certain states and send an email containing the
information.
If it's annoying then you might have missed to use the "parents" directive
(http://docs.icinga.org/latest/de/networkreachability.html [german] or
http://docs.icinga.org/latest/en/networkreachability.html) or you can
host/service dependencies
(http://docs.icinga.org/latest/de/objectdefinitions.html#objectdefinitions-servicedependency
[german] or
http://docs.icinga.org/latest/en/objectdefinitions.html#objectdefinitions-servicedependency).
