It really depends on how complicated / custom your Nagios 3.2.3 installation
is... overall, it should almost be a "drop in replacement" with only a few
changes, if any. Of course with anything, there are (potentially) a few
caveats, however. By default, for example, paths will change from
your.domain.com/nagios to your.domain.com/icinga.

Though you shouldn't really "need" professional support, your mileage may
vary ... and depending on your level of in-house Nagios/Icinga expertise
and/or time or availability, it might be useful to bring in a consultant.
