You were correct, Icinga was still running somehow. I killed it completely, 
stopped ido2db and apache2 before I deleted the files, then restarted it all, 
and it seems to be running ok now. I have turned on level 2 debugging, so if I 
have any problems I will have a better idea of what is going on. Thank you all 
so much.
