Sorry for confusion, original post was badly written. Point of the question was 
that i firstly wanted to know whether it is generally possible to configure 
services to behave like this - to have both services configured and enabled, 
but service B will be executed and results of the serviceB check will be 
presented only when the serviceA fails.. 
I'll post the configuration after i'll have access to the server.
