Woohoo, I found it :) For some reason there was this in my apache config:
<Location />
<IfModule mod_rewrite.c>
RewriteEngine on
RewriteRule ^/+icinga/(.*)$ https://icinga.intern.domain.de/$1 [R=301,L]
</IfModule>
</Location>
which, of course also matched ^/+icinga-web :)
