Hi all, There are a handful of services on our Icinga installation that I'd like to restrict users from acknowledging / downtiming (they're so important, that I WANT notifications to be sent continually until they're fixed).
I thought about using eventhandlers to delete any ACK/DT, but since they're only applied on state change, I couldn't be sure I'd always be able to do this. Can anybody offer any other suggestions? (I'm using classic UI exclusively) Thanks!
