VARSITY SAILING COACH, Athletics, Physical Education, and Recreation, to
lead and manage the growth, sustainability, and competitiveness of the
intercollegiate sailing program and assist in all facets of sailing
pavilion operations. Responsibilities include coaching both the coed and
women's programs, teaching physical education classes, and assisting the
sailing master in daily and seasonal activities.
REQUIREMENTS: significant success coaching at the collegiate or high school
level, demonstrated experience competing at a very high level of the sport,
and thorough knowledge of the racing rules of sailing with particular
attention to team racing rules. Must possess a competitive program
philosophy that is consistent with the demands of a world class,
academically rigorous institution. A bachelor's degree and advanced degree
